Dr. Gan Theng Wei

As co-founder of Dental On The Bay, Dr Gan believes in providing technologically advanced dental care while striving to give patients the best treatment with unparalleled service.

Upon graduation with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the National University of Singapore in 2001, he served the community at SingHealth Polyclinics, Health Promotion Board, as well as the dental arm of the Singapore Armed Forces before venturing into private practice. In 2006, Dr Gan went on to establish Dental On The Bay at its flagship branch at VivoCity together with his fellow visionary, Dr Chin.

A charismatic yet empathetic physician, Dr Gan maintains that his patients have taught him more about dentistry than any textbook. Dr Gan finds it extremely rewarding to go beyond current practices for patients. His training, experience and creative energy are focused on a single goal - to restore people’s dentition and bring their smiles back to them. Dr Gan is committed to sharing his expertise with juniors and is active in overseas dental community projects in Nepal and Vietnam.

An avid animal lover, Dr Gan enjoys nothing more than going on long walks with his dogs and returning home to his beloved family at the end of a long day.
